Hello and welcome. My name is Wali Uqdah and I am a freelance photographer and practicing artist based in Baltimore, MD.Within the 5 years that I have been shooting, my work has been published in several online and Baltimore based publications, including Baltimore Magazine. 



At my disposal, I have a plethora of skills & knowledge in several fields of photography including: portraiture, fashion, wedding and nightlife photography.



In 2007, I picked up my first camera, but my artistic history stretches to my early childhood developing in sketching, painting, dancing, etc. Because of this creative background, my goal when photographing is a simple one; find the beauty in "IT", whatever "IT" may be.

It is because of this approach that I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best & most revered names in DC, Maryland and Virginia.

One of my greatest accomplishments came in 2010. I was asked to document the experiences of  a group of  U.S. representatives as we traveled to and met with the Presidents & CEO's of Istanbul, Turkey.

​
